On December 28, 2015 the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed the law on system of a broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on December 8. This law determined that the system of the state broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine will be constituted by the state entity "Multimedia platform of a broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine" created in October, 2015 and the Ukrainian national news agency "Ukrinform".
Within "A multimedia platform of a broadcasting to foreign countries" in September, 2015 instead of public channel of a broadcasting to foreign countries of MORNINGS the UATV TV channel which broadcasts from three companions started: Amos 3, Azerspace 1, Galaxy 19 also has own channel in YouTube. As of today the channel of a broadcasting to foreign countries of UATV is broadcast in cable networks of Moldova, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Poland, Denmark, Israel, Georgia, Latvia.
